Your shipping is calculated at checkout. If we are able to package your order differently or send it at a better rate, we'll let you know and adjust your shipment. This is usually common in larger orders. We'll do our very best!

YarnZone does not accept product returns. All sales are final.

Most orders are shipped the next day, however at peak times it can take up to 72 hours.
We are honored to have the business of our International friends. We'll work hard to pack your yarn tight and send it USPS Priority International. To most countries, the flat rate is $23.95. Depending on the yarn, you can get up to 6 balls in that bag. If the shipping is different from what you are quoted at checkout, we will give you the best rate on your order.
We comply with all laws regarding duty and import. The appropriate paperwork will be included with your shipment to assure it arrives without unnecessary delays. Please understand that we cannot mark your shipment as a gift. You are responsible for any duties and customs.
