Returns
We know that from time to time a return is necessary. It is our goal to make this process as fast
and painless as possible. To that end, here are a few of the most common questions regarding our return
policy.
Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: We ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to send
an item back. Please email us at orders@yarnzone.com to let us know the reason for your return and we will
provide you with instructions.
Q: Will I be reimbursed for shipping if I return an item?
A:No, unless the reason for your return has been an error on our part, we will not reimburse you for shipping fees.
Q: Can I return a sale item?
A: No, we cannot accept returns of sale items.
Shipping
Our goal is to provide the best shipping at the lowest price. Unless other arrangements are made, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Upon shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Priority Mail normally takes 3-5 days to arrive within the contiguous US. If your order has not arrived in what you consider a reasonabl
period of time, we ask that you contact us to find a solution.
